Today I am joined by Lena Sofie, an initiated, traditional Mayan priestess who received her training and initiation in the sacred lands of Guatemala. Lena also has a masters degree in somatic counselling psychology as well as being a trauma healer, a certified yoga teacher and therapist and a mindfulness and meditation instructor.
