The revolution is going down at Duopolis Arena. Mitochondria and her father have been taken captive by Timothy, who waits to unleash his violet orb on an unsuspecting populace. It's up to Elsie and Mugwart, currently in the lair of the Rat Brigade, to figure out Timothy's plan and save the city.
