Gretchen Dow was born in the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic and raised in the United States. A new mom, teacher, wife and business owner she currently lives with her family in South Australia where she runs her online and face to face habit change coaching business. 

As a habit change health coach for moms, her goal for clients is to help them find balance in healthy eating, up their energy and reach their ideal weight with the power of foods and healthy habits.
