We're told from a very young age to play nice. Enough with being nice. Nice doesn't create transformation. Last night I was on a call with future authors. There was a gentlemen who took the position of a critic. He was not teachable. Eventually I asked him what he was afraid of. He paused and told us that he was afraid of not being in control.
