Peter Blakeway is an award-winning culinary chef, based in Tauranga, New Zealand. He has worked with some of the best chefs in the world, run his own acclaimed restaurant, and been a TV chef (amongst many other things).

Peter is a tutor at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. During summer, he is traveling New Zealand promoting the Everdure by Heston Blumenthal range of BBQs.
