So I've decided to host a creative expression retreat during a pandemic - why? You may ask. Is that not self indulgent? Ignorant? The way I see it is it's exactly the medicine what the world needs right now, women in particular.

I want to speak to why Awakening My Creatress has profoundly shifted my life and brought me into connection with love, joy and excitement during a time of great uncertainty.

I muse on the idea, inspired by Elizabeth Gilbert - that "if we are actively creating something then we are actively destroying something" and how I have journeyed this experience.
