Sophie Gardiner is a writer, teacher, and founder of Pilot Light Writing. She is also a script judge at the ECU FILM Festival, and a screenwriting teacher at the EscaT Cinema School in France.

Sara McDermott is a producer and award-winning screenwriter with over 15 years of experience and has worked with dozens of production companies over the years to get scripts production-ready.
