On Episode 3 I caught up with my childhood friend Cynthia Harris, who is a multi-faceted moderator with over 15 years of experience in consumer insights and commercial innovation.  A culture-obsessed moderator with a depth of experience from both the client-side (former P&G, McCormick) and as an independent moderator, Cynthia brings her breadth of experiences to each research occasion. 

She is an active member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), Insights Association and WiRE.  Cynthia holds both an MBA (Marketing & Strategy) and a BA (Strategic Communications) from The Ohio State University.
