Scholar Blaike Tevis- Student Director of the Woodson Institute talks with Ms. Deidra Hightower about her role with the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) as a Continues Improvement Coach.  Her office works closely with districts and schools in supporting their “GAP” populations across Kentucky.
