When the majority of our clients come to us, they’ve either got

  • 2 different, often opposing goals → i.e. “ I want to lose weight & gain muscle” that require 2 different nutritional protocols

OR

  • Are unclear on the tradeoffs of their goal of choice & not actually willing to make the changes necessary to optimize for it (oooor, just need some help creating a plan & implementing it)

  • Start to create a plan by determining your non-negotiables & establishing if & how this new goal fits within your definition of health & can exist within the context your lifestyle
