After a difficult few months and a brief podcast hiatus, I've been feeling depleted and uninspired, so I reached out to poet, writer, curator, researcher, activist and a former 'latch key kid,' Joal Stein to discuss the creative process and how we can nurture our own individual creative spirit.

'How To Eat Alone' is a podcast that looks at the art of eating alone.  Season 1, 'Short Stories,' is a collection of conversations exploring topics surrounding loneliness and aloneness, (which, contrary to popular belief, are not the same thing).  With every episode, I’ll share a recipe for one.
