For this premier episode my guest is my own yoga teacher in Riverside and founder of the Regenerative Living School, Tara Rawson. Tara has been teaching yoga in Riverside for over a decade and completed multiple yoga teacher trainings, as well as trainings in permaculture, herbalism and Thai Yoga Therapy. She integrates techniques and skills from all of these trainings in her offerings from the Regenerative Living School, including inclusive community gatherings for celebration, healing and grieving, and 200-hr and 300-hr yoga certifications.
