Our silly story for kids continues in episode 2, where Sir Marbles and Stan discover a magic lamp in the cave. A genie named Laszlo pops out and falls into Sir Marbles' service, but the knight refuses to use his three wishes. Stan finds another lamp and makes wishes, bringing his toy bunny to life as a wizard. Stan finds another artefact just as the Black Wizard arrives, hypnotising Sir Marbles and ordering him to turn over the artefact, which happens to be the powerful sceptre of Abugo Shemanu. The wizard teleports away with the sceptre. Sir Marbles, Stan and Laszlo spend the night in the cave.
