Sol Yanuck started playing competitive ultimate in 8th grade at Carolina Friends School. He played for CFS and Triforce through high school before going to school at Carleton College, where he won a college championship alongside Henry Fisher and Eric Taylor in 2017. Sol played his first summer with Raleigh Ring of Fire in 2016 after his sophomore year of college as well as played internationally for the U20 and U24 men’s teams. This will be Sol's second full season of play in the AUDL with the Flyers.
