If you have a car, you know that if there's no fuel in it, it wouldn't start. Why? It is powered by fuel. If your television is not connected to a socket, it wouldn't come on. Why? It is powered by the electrical supply from the socket. Like the car without fuel and the television disconnected from the socket are useless, the Christian is useless (as good as dead) without the Holy Ghost. Dear Brother/Sister, the Christian life CANNOT be lived without the Holy Ghost. The best you would be is like that man with no fuel in his car and has to beckon on others to help push the car. Question: How far can the car be pushed? How long would people be willing to push his car when they have other things to do with their lives? Let it sink: you cannot be ignoring the Holy Ghost and expect to prosper in this life!
