It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them - Ernest Hemingway.

Joe Rossiter hails from Wexford, where is now teaching. He joins us on the pod to talk about experiencing Madrid in the 1990s, being on the Olympic B Development Squad, running into Seamus Heaney and his love of Hemingway and cycling.
