Summer's coming and with it an increase in summer students and temporary workers. Since most of them will only be on the job for a matter of weeks or months, our new short-term worker unit is designed to provide the common SafeStart language they will hear and see on the job site, allowing them to “talk the talk”. Mark shares how training summer students who work at his wife’s retail stores requires a different approach than the permanent employees.
