“As Seen on TV” is the theme for Season 12 featuring 6 movies all inspired by television shows. Kicking things off is “The Avengers” movie that you’re not thinking about right now. This one stars Ralph Fiennes, Uma Thurman and Sean Connery in the big screen adaptation of the 1960’s British spy series of the same name. There’s lethal weather and flying oversized robot hornets controlled by a cabal of oversized colorful bears. Plus, Eddie Izzard plays a hired goon! This movie is what academics define as “bonkers”.
