Hello family, and welcome to day 20 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, and I’m grateful that you’re here today.
Before we begin, I would love to hear from you. Please send us an email at [email protected] and let me know how we can improve the podcast, what you love, what helps you the most, or what you’d like to hear more of.
Your feedback truly helps us grow and serve you better.
This season, we continue praying for peace in the world, for freedom from addictions, for those who are struggling now,
for those in recovery, and for the families and friends walking with them in love and hope.
We’re also praying for the intentions you carry in your heart.
Today we reflect on confession as a moment of renewal.
Many of us hesitate to go to Confession because we feel ashamed, embarrassed, or afraid of facing our sins. But Confession is not about punishment, it’s about beginning again.
Every time we confess, God offers us something new: a clean heart, a fresh start, and the grace to keep moving forward. Confession reminds us that we are not defined by our past, we are renewed by God’s mercy.
If you’ve been carrying guilt, regret, or heaviness, this is your invitation to let it go. Ask God for the courage to return to the Sacrament and allow His grace to renew your mind and your heart.
Our prayer today is: Lord, give me the humility to ask for forgiveness and the courage to begin again. Mary, lead me back to the mercy of your Son.
If you are keeping up with your journal, ask yourself what is one thing I need to bring to Confession, not to be judged, but to be renewed?
Let's get started.
Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, today we ask you to pray for every person seeking renewal, healing, and mercy.
We especially pray for: Alex, Amanda, Capriotti Family, Claudia, Colaianni Family, Diego A, Diana, Esther, Ethan, Evans Family, Evy, Gonzalez Family, Hirt Family, Jackie, Jane, Jike Wei, Jimmy, Joantansia, Karina, Laurreta, Laura Maria, Lisa, Matt, Mayra, Meelie, Molly, Monica, Nnenna, Nicola, Noni, Rene, Rene Jr, Rinji, Rocio, Rotkang, Sophie, Susana, Suzanne, Veronica, Winnifred. We pray for the families Abad, Rivero Alvarez, and Rivero Gonzalez, and we pray for the soul of Gloria.
Let us begin.
With love,
Maritza Mendez.
