We beg the intercession of the Holy Angels Michael and Gabriel, and the Holy Guardian Angels. Today's reflection looks to the prefigures of Christ in the Old Testament prophets, particularly their universal struggle with patience for the stiff-necked and constantly rebellious Hebrew race, and how the recalcitrance of Mankind shapes Our Lord's Agony in the Garden.
