Before that, he served as Chief Casualty Underwriter at XL Europe. John has over 30 years of experience in the insurance sector, with an exemplary track record of building and leading global underwriting teams.

John, hails from county Monaghan in Ireland and is a First class honours graduate of University College, Dublin, with a BA in Business Studies.
