Justin Hayashi is the CEO and Co-Founder of New Engen – a born digital, tech-fueled, people-powered, and growth-obsessed integrated marketing agency. Justin started New Engen in 2016 and has been fortunate enough to work alongside an exceptional team that has built the business to 230 employees and over 120 reputable brands, including General Mills, ViacomCBS, Google, FIGS and more. Prior to New Engen, Justin was at Zulily building attribution models to evaluate advertising effectiveness, designing customer LTV predictions, and leading the customer acquisition marketing teams for both digital and offline advertising. Earlier in his career, Justin worked at Boeing and in economic development for the Sonoma County government. Outside of work, Justin spends as much free time as possible with his wife and 20-month-old daughter.
