Growing up in the mountains of Colorado gave him a sense of wonder at the natural world which led to a fascination with the fungal kingdom. Zach believes that by working with fungi, humans have the capacity to remediate many of Earth's maladies while living more sustainable and fulfilling lives. Zach has been growing mushrooms for nearly 10 years and is passionate about educating his community about these fascinating life forms.
