Aloha and welcome back! in today's episode I will be talking about Being a homemaker in a home that isn't yours.  I know that there are many people currently in the middle of this particular circumstance especially with rent and home prices in Hawaii.  I want to shed some light on this and hopefully navigate this area a little better.

Tips:
 #1. Let it be the word of God!
#2. Let it be things that match your lifestyle and interest
#3. Let it be things that allow you to dream

Why being a homemaker in a home that isn’t yours is difficult
- everyone has different styles of living 
• Home design
• Home rules
• Daily routines 
• Even things like how they do their laundry or wash their dishes
 • What they like to eat
• How they like to clean
• When they like to clean 
• Who is allowed to come over
• What is allowed to happen
• What types of food they allow in their house 
• Etc. 

Ground Rules: 

1. Let all that you do be done in love. (1Cor 16:14)
2. There are things that we will need to let go of and move on from whether we like it or not
3. there will be a lot of compromising and you need to be ready for it
4. It is ultimately their home and we need to think about how we expect others to respect us in our own home if it were the other way around.
