Dr. Jennifer Stevens is an urban environmental historian and an Assistant Clinical Professor. She earned her Ph.D. in History at University of California, Davis, and her B.A. at University of California, Santa Barbara in History and Political Science. Her current research, funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities, focuses on the impact of deindustrialization on the American West and western urban identity.
