The ministry of Cloth & Clay was birthed from Clay's diagnosis of Glioblastoma in 2016. After he passed in 2017, Kristy began a ministry of teaching until she ultimately opened a retreat center in St. Francisville, LA in 2020. Johnny & Kristy were married in 2023 and now have 7 children together. He is a full-time Associate Pastor at Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge. Kristy runs Cloth & Clay Ministries and The Hill at St. Francisville full-time.
