Mark Reynolds, executive director, Citizens' Climate Lobby (CCL). CCL is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy organization that lobbies Congress for a federal carbon fee and dividend plan. CCL has doubled or tripled in size every year since Mark joined in 2008, now comprising over 200,000 members in over 600 chapters.
