Then, we talk about the excellent titular track, "This is Why" and the similarly propulsive second track, "The News." But we really fell in love with the back half and the more ponderous, spacey folk ballads like the closer "Thick Skull." The Atlantic called this week's episode a "signature retour à la gloire, three artists once more setting the gold standard in a nascent medium."
