Welcome to Cultural Cotillion! In this episode, you’ll meet the host, Lucas Chen, hear about how this show works, and where it’s going next.

This podcast was inspired by The Cut’s article, “194 Modern Etiquette Rules for Life,” which gives a brief overview of what it looks like to be polite in society today. It’s a story that resonated with me, and something I wanted to develop further.

Together, and through conversation with experts of culture, we’re going to examine the macro lessons of what it looks like to be polite in society today.
