Janice is a former lawyer turned strategic HR professional currently based in Hong Kong. She started her career in one of the largest law firms in Malaysia, and went on to pursue an MBA at the Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan. Spurred by her aspiration to help companies build capacity to achieve sustainable advantage through people process excellence, Janice pivoted her career from Law to HR after the MBA. In her current role, she supports the Chief HR Officer on Global HR strategic projects with a focus on policy and governance.

She also co-hosts the Actsplore This podcast, a podcast for young working professionals with the mission to share actionable insights on how we can thrive personally and professionally.
