Last weekend, I attended with Jack Pollner a charcuterie intensive course in Massachusetts.  I also was privileged to spend a few nights with Jack, Jackie and Emma at The Mindful Homestead.  And so, on this episode Jack and I talk about what we learned and enjoyed about the course that was taught by Meredith Leigh.
