Let’s talk about why we took our salon from having eleven styling chairs to six. 

Pre-covid, our goal was to do as many clients as we could with as many staff members in as we could because that is what we had been trained to do.

Post-Covid, our team’s goals have changed. We now look forward to servicing our guests to the best of our ability, which means shaking things up and throwing away everything we’ve ever been taught and do ONE client at a time.
