In Episode 12, we explore the glitter of perfectionism, the gritty downside of toxic perfectionism, and our opportunities for growth. While, as achievers, we acknowledge that we set high standards for ourselves, have great attention to detail, and are driven by a desire for self-improvement, it’s important to discern when perfectionism actually helps us and when it hurts us.

• Embracing a growth mindset and being brave enough to suck at something new is a must.

• Fear should be acknowledged but shouldn’t stop you from doing epic shit!

• It should be a “No” unless it’s a “Hell Yes!”

• People are so much more than titles and the boxes others put them in.
