Today’s new episode features another FIRST for the STEM Sync Podcast; the first collegiate guest! Prototypes are introduced to Ms. Aliyah Osman; a rising fourth year civil engineering major sharing her journey along the STEM pipeline. Aliyah is one of my mentees and to say I am proud of her is an understatement. While she is soft spoken, Aliyah is very certain of her interest in humanitarian engineering and open to uncovering the opportunities that will fulfill her heart to serve others. Listeners will hear of Aliyah’s varied accomplishments and sincere dialogue as I encourage her to walk with her head high while exploring what may be on the horizon after college. Our conversation illustrates that a mentoring relationship is not just one way with Aliyah’s words of wisdom also inspiring me. Now let’s sync!
