The supposed secret group appointed by President Truman, coined the Majestic 12 consisted of 12 members with the US government's highest Top Secret clearance. This clearance and their modus operandi were defined in an Operations Manual that was covertly mailed to an investigative group. As in the first leaked MJ-12 documents in 1984, this manual was contained on a 35mm film roll also. Every possible scenario and situation is covered in this hands on manual. Of course, as with the other documentation that has surfaced about this secret organization within the ranks of our government, their are questions and many who claim all of this to be bogus. Who knows if we will ever know for sure, however there are lots of signs that point to this potentially being a legitimate group and this documentation being actual leaked top secret information.
