One of the first episodes I shared on my podcast was about learning to love yourself, however I recently realized that I forgot the most important thing. Before you learn to love yourself, you have to first learn how to prioritize yourself. Some people would say that it is selfish which I wholeheartedly disagree with. As each of us has only one life to live and if you cannot prioritize yourself, how do you expect to grow?
