Mortality is something that most of us avoid talking about as it isn’t exactly the most joyous topic. We put off making plans, including creating a trust or a will, because when it all boils down to it, we don’t want to have those hard conversations.

I recently lost my grandmother and spent a week out of state working with family to attempt to make heads or tails of her final estate. When I returned home after an emotional week, I felt I had to discuss the importance of being prepared for the end.

In this episode I talk about what you can do now to help your loved ones when that time comes. I talk about naming guardians for children, creating a will and trust, how to manage your business while you are away and other steps you can take now to make your final wishes known.
