As this was being released, the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act was passed, so Dorothy edited in some preliminary information on this new federal law, as she knew at the time of this recording. Note that additional, more detailed information on FFCRA will be included in the next podcast (Employer Guide to the Coronavirus in the Workplace -Part 2). The final bill that was signed into law was modified slightly, so Part 2 will cover those changes and provide more helpful information to employers.
