Welcome back everyone, after being gone for a while I am ready to start posting more frequently starting of with this epiosde! Today I am talking all about learning to let go specifically friendships/relationships, old trauma as well as comparisons of ourselves we have conjured up in our heads. This is something I have struggled with my whole life so, this is somewhat of a healing episode for me :)
