Through this thought-provoking discussion, we aim to shed light on the importance of identifying toxic behaviour in the workplace and the need for effective measures to prevent its harmful effects. This was a tricky discussion about the fine line between workplace harassment, sensitivity and focusing on the wrong type of toxicity.
