Henry Hudson was a world renowned explorer. However, we only know about a small portion of his life. This period of his life was focused on the search for a northwest or northeast passage to the Orient. He was a very knowledgeable and determined sailor and on most expeditions it seems his crew did not have the same determination. This ultimately would lead to the disappearance of him, his son John and the loyal among his crew.
