I fell in love with hair when I was in high school. My mom’s best friend was a hairstylist, so it was around me, and I fell in love. 

I started cosmetology in high school and knew it was for me.  I wouldn’t say I liked the idea of hair school, so I decided I needed to do an Apprentice.  The school I was at was new to the program, so I left and went to a different school—one with more knowledge and experience.
