For thousands of years humanity has looked to the sky and natural weather patterns to find divine signs and messages from God. Dr. Laura Hartman, Professor in Environmental Studies at Roanoke College and a leader with Virginia Interfaith Power and Light, gathers with All Places Together to share her biblical and ecological wisdom to tell us how, even today, God can be speaking to us through the natural world--and that the words may well be a dire warning. She reminds us that though the skies may look bleak, resurrection comes after death.
