It’s easy to compartmentalize, but we’re integrated beings: body, mind, and spirit. And the body is not just something physical—it’s something spiritual. Body theology is intrinsic to healthy self-love and knowledge; what we believe about our own bodies informs how we interact with God in the world around us.
