I’m going to start this podcast off with a quote.

And I want you to think about this quote as you listen to this episode. 

In this biz, we talk a lot about creating your ideal client and knowing who you want to serve. We talk about knowing your target audience. And all that super good stuff. 

But as a leader, I think we need to go even further.  

I go after the team members I want… 

Yes, Just like creating a vision of my ideal client, I create visions of my ideal team members. 

The people we have join our teams are just as important, if not more important, than our ideal client.
