Listen Later

Corey is the proud father of a 20-year-old son and has been blessed to be married to his beautiful wife, Tricia, for close to 25 years. He's owned Results Personal Training in Sioux Falls for the past 17 years and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He's helped a variety of people, from 12-year-olds to 87-year-olds, from complete beginners to a handful of professional athletes and Olympians. Corey has carved his niche by working with busy men in their 40s and beyond, which has helped him open an online fitness training business, ReversingTheTrend.net, to help men from all over the US. He's earned numerous certifications ranging from kettlebells, calisthenics, boxing, Olympic lifting, and general personal training. He's also been a triathlete and a powerlifter and recently took up competitive shooting. His passion for strength training is his God-given tool that he uses to help others become better versions of themselves.
