Are you going through a difficult situation or challenge today? Some days are like that, and they are times when you simply need to stand firm in faith and HOLD ON just a little longer... God knows exactly how much pressure you can take and how much struggle you can bear. He has promised He's always with us and will eventually deliver us. Ask God to strengthen you as you wait on Him and continue to trust Him and to believe His Promises!
Today's Verses:
~ Daniel 6:17 "A stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the rings of his nobles, so that Daniel's situation might not be changed."
~ I Corinthians 10:13 NIV "No temptation as overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."
~ Joshua 1:9 NIV "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
~ Hebrews 13:5-6 AMP "Let your character (your moral essence, your inner nature) be free from the love of money (shun greed --be financially ethical), being content with what you have; for He has said, "I will never (under any circumstance) desert you (nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless), nor will I forsake or let you down or relax my hold on you (assuredly not)!" So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently say, "The Lord is my helper (in time of need), I will not be afraid, What will man do to me?"
