I hope you have had an amazing day today! The past week has been extremely busy for me as I have had to renew my BLS certification, submit my volunteering applications as well as plan my friend's surprise birthday party which is happening in about an hour🥳! 

Today's topic is all about why our generation thinks too much! When coming up with topics to talk about on my podcast a few months ago, a few friends and I were discussing why there is so much pressure on our generation to do great things. We ultimately came to the conclusion that is was because of choice overload and paralysis analysis which are the two concepts I talk about in today's episode!
