Can you believe it? The Chicago Bears found a franchise quarterback in Justin Fields, and they finished with the first-overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. With that much power, Ryan Poles and the Bears have plenty of options this offseason. Not to mention, the Bears have the most salary cap space too. With power in both free agency and the draft, the Bears will own the keys to the offseason.
