Today's episode is a doozy. I'm calling this "Caught in the Chaos of My Own Creation," but it could easily be called, "What the Hell Was I Thinking?" Or "An Incredible Life-Changing, 2 Week Adventure in Greece." Because all of those things are true.

Let's jump right into the tale of this pivotal—as well as emotionally and physically painful—trip for me in 2017 where many of the cracking open moments I shared in episode 2 began to come together and help me see things differently. 

And I began to experience that I had some very important choices to make…
